Substack Paywall Glitch
and an apology
Hello Dear Subscriber or New Friend!
After removing the payments feature for “The Punk Granny”, unfortunately my posts continue to have an auto-paywall applied after two weeks. I have now manually removed any paywalls on older posts and they should all be accessible for free.
None of my readers have reached out, so I’m hoping this means you haven’t been inconvenienced. But, just in case, I do apologize for not catching this sooner.
I have a message in to Substack Support but the reply I received from their AI Chatbot said that they won’t guarantee a timely response unless the request involves a payment issue.

In the meantime, I will do my best to keep on top of archiving posts to remove any further paywalls. If you happen to catch an issue before I do, please let me know asap.
I am committed to not only providing quality content, but doing so honestly and authentically. The last thing I want is for anyone to think I have any hidden agendas.
